STEM Shows

We have a wide range of STEM shows from climate change to artificial intelligence. We provide shows for both primary and secondary schools, all shows are tailored to an age appropriate level.  We travel to schools in the following counties Mayo, Galway, Sligo, Roscommon, Leitrim, Clare, Cavan and Longford. For schools outside these regions we offer several Zoom Science Shows. All instructors are Garda Vetted and fully insured

SCIENCE SHOW
All Primary & Secondary
Hands-on science show where we cover heat, flight, rockets, pressure, waves, sound and musical instruments. Students are encouraged to get involved in launching rockets, playing songs and making waves. Science Show >>
Rocket Workshop
ROCKET WORKSHOP
Primary (1st Class up) & Secondary This exciting workshop will cover the history and science of rockets, followed by teams of students designing, building and launching their own water rockets. Rocket Workshop >>
Space show
SPACE SHOW
Primary (1st Class up) & Secondary, Zoom show We will go on a tour of the solar system, we will jump on other planets, see the sunrise on Mercury and explore what would happen if the Sun was a thousand times its size. Space Show >>
PLANET CHAMPION
Primary (3rd Class up) & Secondary, Zoom show In this show we will explore the science behind our changing climate by launching hot air balloons and making infrared waves in the audience. The aim of the workshop is to show the solutions to the climate crisis and to make changes for a better future. Planet Champion >>
Microbit
CODING WITH SCRATCH & MICROBIT
Primary (1st Class up) & Secondary This is an introduction to coding where students will create a simple game in Scratch and download a game on a small computer called a Microbit. Students will play on a guitar made with a Microbit. Scratch and Microbit Workshop >>
Self_driving
SELF-DRIVING CAR & AI WORKSHOP
Primary (3rd Class up) & Secondary We will bring students on a journey to understand how computer can recognise objects. Students will explore the world of artificial intelligence and computer vision to see what the future holds. Self Driving Car Workshop >>
